  Includes internal Hot and Cold water supply, cold water tank and Drains Protection (5.23)

• Property Package for Landlords
  This service is available to landlords with a contract and a discount based on let out properties (for domestic purposes only).
     10% Discount for landlords with a portfolio of up to 5 properties
     15% Discount for landlords with a portfolio of up to 15 properties
     20% Discount for landlords with a portfolio of 16 properties and above
  (The discounts are only based on labour and subject only when purchased any HPC or BPC Basic Cover⁽²⁾)
