BREAKDOWN & REPAIR - We repair all makes of boilers, water heaters and gas fires. All repairs are carried out by quality trained and experienced Gas Safety Registered Engineers. Once we’ll assess the problem we’ll give you a fixed price all inclusive of parts labour & VAT. We also carry out repairs to pumps, controls, valves and a wide range of ancillary equipment associated with central heating
SERVICING – we service all makes of boiler, water heater, gas fires and gas hobs services are carried out by Gas Safety Registered Engineers. It is important you have a gas boiler and gas appliances serviced annually to prevent any breakdowns through wear and tearLANDLORD CERTIFICATES (CP12) - Did you know it is the Landlords responsibility to arrange for annual gas safety checks by a gas safe registered engineer? The landlord must provide the tenant with a copy of the gas safety certificate within 28 days of it being carried out and a copy must be given to all new tenants
